Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the website of NICE Membership Limited t/a International Institute for Canine Ethics ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use our site.

2. Changes to Terms
We may amend these terms from time to time. Please check these terms regularly to ensure you understand the terms that apply herewith.

3. Accessing Our Site
3.1 Our site is made available free of charge. However, certain areas or services may require payment.
3.2 We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for operational reasons. We will try to give reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 You are responsible for ensuring that all persons accessing our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and comply with them.
4.2 You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses or other malicious material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to our site.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 All intellectual property rights and copyright relating to the course materials and content on our site are owned by us. Course materials are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws; they cannot be used or photocopied for any purpose other than personal study and must not be shared with others.

6. Code of Conduct
6.1 All members are expected to be respectful in their communications and dealings with other members and clients, both online and in person. Any rudeness or hostility expressed towards others on any of our platforms may lead to expulsion from that platform if it continues after one warning.
6.2 We champion positive, force-free methods. Any member found to have used methods involving force or the infliction of pain or trauma will be expelled, and their diploma invalidated.
6.3 Be encouraging and kind to clients, use positive reinforcement with both people and dogs, and avoid being judgmental or critical during consultations, even if you strongly disagree with methods they are currently using. A client who feels judged will be less likely to cooperate with setting a new regime in place.

7. Complaints and Concerns
7.1 It is our policy to enable tutors, students, graduates, and affiliates to provide feedback or raise concerns about any aspect of our service or operations. All feedback is taken seriously and seen as an opportunity for improvement.
7.2 Concerns must be lodged in writing to the secretary via info@canineethics.org. We aim to address concerns promptly, providing a formal response within 48 working hours. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can appeal our decision, and we can assist you in accessing external complaint resolution mechanisms.
